2016: Don du Choeur concert for Madagascar

Objective: Build a school and enable 360 children from south Madagascar, one of the poorest regions in the world, to access education.
Concert at the Victoria Hall, dictation and fundraising activities in schools

Funds raised: CHF 158,000 (CHF 68,000 from the dictation)

 

2013: Don du Choeur concert for Kenya

Objective: renovate two state primary schools and build the first centre for handicapped children in Teso North district.
Concert at the Victoria Hall, Geneva, and fund-raising initiatives by schools raised

Funds raised: CHF 102'000.–

 

2009: Don du Choeur concert for Cambodia

Objective: Build a school and bring education to 200 illiterate village children.
Concert at the Victoria Hall, Geneva; exhibition of photographs by Christophe Stramba and exhibition of art by 170 children showing their view of Cambodia – Grütli, Geneva.

Funds raised: CHF 120'000.–

 

2006: Don du Choeur concert for India

Objective: Put up a purpose-built school for 80 handicapped children in the slums of Chennai.
Concert at the Théâtre du Léman, Geneva; tombola, sale of Indian handicrafts.

2004: Don du Choeur concert for Russia

Objective: Replace three boilers at the Tambov orphanage to ensure the survival of 200 freezing children.
Concert at the Victoria Hall, Geneva.

Funds raised: CHF 41'000.–

 

2003: Don du Choeur concert for Switzerland

Objective: Subsidise a field trip for children suffering from muscular dystrophy (CREER association) and holidays for handicapped children (CAP LOISIR association).
Concert at the Victoria Hall, Geneva.

Funds raised: CHF 12'000.–

 

2002: Don du Choeur concert for Zambia

Objective: Help AIDS orphans
Gospel concert at the Théâtre du Léman, Geneva.
